Placed into service in 1873, the dam, spillway and outlet works were rebuilt in 1990 as part of the City’s complete overhaul and modernization of the 19 reservoirs in its Water Supply System. Originally constructed as part of the City’s Croton system, Boyds Corner today serves mainly as part of the Delaware system.
