I think the problem would be with cold inmunes. The Orb damage is pretty underwhelming. Also, the Frenzy merc has AR problems and the proc on Voice of Reason is on hit, so it won't go off nearly as much as Rift. For a summoner druid I think your better off with an Act 2 Might/Pride or Act 1 Faith though (Amping the enemies yourself). On necro summon Act 5 is pretty good, due to Corpse Explosion and the act 5 merc can become a real thank with very high killing speed. A5 merc with frenzy is 10000% cooler. Thats for sure.
