The hotel's parking lot was always full, but there was plenty of parking space nearby. The room was modest, but a plus for the large balcony, daily cleaning, and small fridge. Arrived at the hotel and they did not have my reservation or a room. They said this same thing happened 6x this week for their property. Contacted customer service and got the run around re: confirmation.

They do not have good customer service. There is not a legitimate telephone number given where they can be reach. Each number gives a recording or the option key hangs up.
