Fast forward a couple of days, I pulled the speedo sensor, cleaned it, plugged it back in, drove down the road in low at 4k RPMs, and viola! So my experience with code 520344 15 was a long search. It all started with 2 of the fuel injector wires being damaged at the zip ties on the harness. Once I fixed those everything seemed fine for 5 miles. Then then this code came up.
