I used 7sage. The course teaches the basics of each section (ie each LR question type, each game, etc). After you feel comfortable doing these untimed (do not rush this), I would transition into taking timed sections/tests, going over them in extensive detail (some questions required me to come back to them for days) until everything was clear.
