I am trying to complete the Yura questline to obtain the Ronin armor set, but I cannot find him in any location it says he will be. All I found was a Nagakiba where he was initially supposed to be near the Seaside Ruins. Did I lock myself out somehow? Any help would be appreciated.

You also get quick bleed build up doing that as the dual wield moveset means you're constantly hitting foes with both weapons in quick succession. 2.The scaling isn't great but you will get an increase in blood build up as well.
